Training department

The Training Department is concerned with preparing for workshops and training courses for the qualification of members of sub-committees and workers in electoral centers.

The department also oversees the preparation of guides for the electoral process, and all work in support of the polling staff training process, which includes:

• Coordination in setting up workshops for members of sub-committees
• Preparing polling guide for electoral center employees
• Preparing sorting and counting guide for electoral center staffإعداد دليل الفرز والعد لموظفي المراكز الانتخابية.
• Define training needs
• Preparing trainers to implement training programs
• Preparing and implementing the training plan for polling staff
• Preparing brochures and documents supporting the training process
• Follow up the implementation of training programs, and prepare related reports
